We the Members
of the United Listing Services, in Order to form a more perfect Union, better serve our clients, and promote the sale and efficiency of the real estate markets in which we participate, do ordain and establish this Constitution
for the United Listing Services.

vested in a Congress of the United Listing Services, which shall consist of . . .
[Okay, this is a blatant rip-off of the U.S. Constitution, but it seems like a good as place as any to start the conversation. The point is that cooperation among MLSs is necessary. There are many forging ahead on a local basis. Those local efforts, though laudable, may be able to be made more efficient on a national basis. Now seems like a great time to have this discussion, which should include agents, brokers, MLS executives, Assocation representatives, as well as regulators (the DOJ) and others.]
