Here are two specific ways to begin the discussion:
1. If anyone has and can post the report from the NAR’s MLS Presidential Advisory Group recommending the Gateway, please do so here.
Much has been said about this document, but it’s not publicly available
anywhere as far as I know. Once it’s available, perhaps more
substantive discussion will occur.
2. What are your thoughts about the statement of principles from the California Association of REALTORS MLS work group? Do you agree with them? Do you have any suggestions for modification? Would they work for your MLS? Post your commments or edit the document directly.
